As a third generation homebuilder, Craig Sharp understands the importance of customer relationships and satisfaction. Many Sharp Homes customers are repeats and/or referrals, which is a tribute to our ideals of providing a quality product and personable service that began when Sharp Homes began building homes nearly 40 years ago.
Since taking over the company in 1992, Craig has expanded into all parts of Sedgwick County while still having a large presence in Butler County. Sharp Homes has been steadily growing its reputation and presence in the Wichita area market and has consistently been one of the top 6 producers in the area. Craig is very proud of the reputation he and his company has earned, and gives most of the credit to his employees and his great pool of sub contractors, many of whom work for Craig exclusively.
Sharp Homes continues to strive to give our customers great quality and service from design process, to move in, to prompt warrant service. Sharp Homes is a member of the Wichita Area Builders Association and National Home Builders Association.
